The onsite restaurant offers a good range of options.
During my stay, the room was not as clean as I expected, and the air conditioning was inefficient, which made it uncomfortable at times. The breakfast served was lackluster and lacked variety, leaving me quite disappointed. Additionally, the dining options were a bit overpriced for the quality provided, which was frustrating.

Wow, the location is, like, super close to the orangutans and sun bears! We loved chilling by the pool after our jungle adventures. The vibe was totally laid-back, and the wildlife serenade at night was just amazing. But, like, the air conditioning in our room could use some serious upgrades.

The kids loved being just a few minutes away from the adorable baby orangutans practicing on their jungle gym. The property offered beautiful ponds and bridges, and our superior room was spacious enough for our family of nine. We enjoyed the pool, a nice escape from the heat!
My children wished the dining options were more affordable.

The resort's vast grounds immerse you in a true jungle experience, making it a perfect location for wildlife enthusiasts. The friendly and attentive staff enhance the welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the dining options felt overpriced for the quality provided, and the air conditioning in the room was less effective than expected. Additionally, some areas could benefit from better maintenance, as we encountered a few insects in our room during our one-night visit.

Chilling by the lovely pool after a day full of wildlife spotting was such a treat, and I even got a leg massage that was super relaxing! There are fantastic spots to unwind, like the garden area and the outdoor pool, perfect for soaking up the jungle vibes. Just a heads up, breakfast was served a bit late, but it didn't take away from the experience at all! 🌴

The grounds are beautiful with well-maintained walkways, providing easy access to nearby attractions like the Orangutan Sanctuary. The pool area is a refreshing highlight after a day exploring. However, navigating the confusing layout upon arrival was frustrating, and the check-in process lacked helpful guidance. My room was adequately clean but showed signs of neglect, with an inefficient air conditioner. Breakfast was basic and left much to be desired.
